The company was established as a Joint Venture of Ningbo Tide, Jiangsu Lanfeng, and AgroVentures, to act as their European business development platform for Plant Protection Products.
VextaChem acts as an early off-patent comer with a strong cost position supported by global scale economies and a sustainable supply chain, such factors, including the lean organization in Europe, improve VextaChem leverage in the market.
VextaChem aims to partner with selected Key Clients in Europe by identifying the right partner for Plant Protection Products development in each EU country.
